I've had incredible home-cooked meals in Romania. The food at Drakula's equals or surpasses them. The mici, stuffed peppers and goulash were excellent. The cheese pie, apple pie and whipped cream desserts were all very good. Our waitress was attentive and friendly but not overly so. The prices were VERY reasonable. The background music came across as easy listening Romanian pop, similar to Roma (Gypsy) music played throughout southeastern Europe. My only concern is that our group of three was the only group in the place on Sunday evening. I hope that there are more customers at other times during the week, as I would hate to see this delightful place disappear.
Pros: Excellent food, service and prices
Cons: Minimal ambience
