My wife and I went to Eddie V's last night and it was a class act from beginning to end. The broiled oysters with spinach/artichoke fondue were a great way to start (paired with a couple of the best maritinis we've had in town), and the waiter made great wine suggestion to go with our entrees. It's the little details, like chilled martini glasses, hot bread, attentive service and great music, that has us jonesing already for our next trip back.
