The best of the Best....I love this place...

Worst

Service was slow. Too expensive for what you get. Sauces over power the food as opposed to compliment it. $23.95 for 5 shrimp and no sides (need I say more?) The food, service...

Romantic Fine Dining 3/7/2007

This is a great restaurant with a romantic feel. I agree with Katarina C. that Truluck's is better in food quality. At Eddie V's, my husband and I had an experience with BAD service and BAD food but the manager was above and beyond professional. Very attentive, helpful, respectful and apologetic. So, we gave it another try and got excellent food and excellent service. I think the first visit was a fluke, and we will go again, but Truluck's is consistently good. more

Upscale 10/9/2005

Very classy seafood resturaunt. If you sit in the bar area at one of the tables, there is live piano music to listen to while you dine. However, I wasn't that impressed with the food. We had the sliced tomatos with mozzarella for an appetizer, and it was bland and hard to eat. I had the sauteed Gulf Snapper with lemon, and while it was tasty, I've had better elsewhere for less. I'd rather be at Truluck's. more

This place is definitely ideal to take someone for a special occasion. Valet parking, great service, and even the waiter has a little crumb sweeper to clean off any messes you have between dishes. The steak I had was juicy...one of the best I've ever had. If you like creme brulee, I'd recommend having it here for dessert. more
