I don't live in the metro Toledo area, but everytime I know I'll be in the Sylvania area, I make it a point to go to Kotobuki. Everyone has always been friendly to a fault and their service is nearly impeccable. I was introduced to Japanese cuisine on the West Coast (not much fresher than that) and when I relocated back to NW Ohio, I lamented that I would never have as good sushi and sashimi. I was soon corrected, as Kotobuki was better than any of the eight places I had been to in Southern California. Not to mention their great prices and warm atmosphere. I've been there approximately ten times a year for the past ten years, with no major complaints at all. If you've never tried sushi, or are looking for a place to go after getting hooked elsewhere, this is the place I recommend to everyone I know.
