I currently live in California and have had plenty of great sushi from SF to NYC to Tokyo and Kotobuki ranks up there with the best I've experienced. Most people don't realize that the quality of sushi has little to do with proximity to the ocean and everything to do with experienced presentation and the popularity to the restaurant. The more popular the restaurant, the less time sushi sits around before being served. Sushi-grade is flash frozen at sea (go check out the Tuna market in Tokyo) and shipped all around the world. Once the fish is thawed, it is a race against time to serve the sushi, with quality falling every second. As the most popular sushi restaurant in NW Ohio, Kotobuki guarantees the freshest, highest quality sushi experience that rivals the best (and also popular) restaurants in larger cities like SF and NYC. The preparation of all the food (not just sushi) is very tasty - I bet you won't taste better Agadashi Tofu anywhere. Remember, you should never eat sushi at an unpopular restaurant...somethings are really worth the wait!
Pros: Quality of food, Friendly Service, Nice Atmosphere
Cons: Popularity can lead to some waiting, but worth it
