I went to Moda Capelli a while ago for a bikini wax. I made the appointment weeks ahead of time, and was told by the girl on the phone how wonderful the waxer was and how gentle she was and so on and so forth. I figured the price (then it was expensive...this was a few years ago so I'm not sure what their prices are now...) would be worth it for a well-known Fairfield salon.\r

BOY was I wrong!!! I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment, and proceeded to wait for about 40 minutes. The girl was apparently running behind...and they left me waiting at least 25 minutes into my scheduled appointment time! I didn't even get an apology let alone a few $$ off for having to wait!\r

When she finally took me, I can honestly say it was the most awkward, painful wax I've ever gotten. Not only was she NOT gentle with the wax, but (and I swear I?m not kidding you) she actually took a tweezer to each and every hair that wouldn?t come out with wax! I mean, I appreciate a thorough wax
