There are no words to describe the way this women does anything whether it be a facial that is impeccable or her waxing she is truly the best there is and I would never let anyone...

I had been referred to moda capelli from a few people so i decided to try it, because i heard they have specialist, but after i went the firt time i was given a girl who did everything, it has been my experience that hairdressers cant always do everything good, the color and haircut was ok, but for the money i paid, the shop looked run down, and a very negative environment, and seemed there were not alot of people in there, i like a place were there is high energy and you feel the people take pride in what they do, also my appointment was screwed up, which my friend warned me about, i did try it a second time but again the appointment was screwed upso i think, they said the girl was running late, and i got the impression the person answering the phone felt she was doing me a favor, so i wont go back, they have bad service and dont know how to treat clients, i have since found a nice place and im very happy more

i was really unhappy with what i got 6/19/2006

I went to Moda Capelli a while ago for a bikini wax. I made the appointment weeks ahead of time, and was told by the girl on the phone how wonderful the waxer was and how gentle she was and so on and so forth. I figured the price (then it was expensive...this was a few years ago so I'm not sure what their prices are now...) would be worth it for a well-known Fairfield salon.\r \r BOY was I wrong!!! I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment, and proceeded to wait for about 40 minutes. The girl was apparently running behind...and they left me waiting at least 25 minutes into my scheduled appointment time! I didn't even get an apology let alone a few $$ off for having to wait!\r \r When she finally took me, I can honestly say it was the most awkward, painful wax I've ever gotten. Not only was she NOT gentle with the wax, but (and I swear I?m not kidding you) she actually took a tweezer to each and every hair that wouldn?t come out with wax! I mean, I appreciate a thorough wax more

Faithful 4/12/2005

I have been going here for many years now, and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. The staff is friendly and courteous, I never feel Im being rushed and my hair always looks GREAT! Pros: good location, good hours, on time more
