They should change the name of this place to ""The Salt Lick.""
I'm one of those people who generally adds salt to everything--but I learned years ago to taste first. Alas, that did no good here. I tatsed, added nothing, and simply could not eat this food. Which is a shame, because the steak was obviously a good cut of meat.
By Portland standards, service was okay--which is to say, inattentive but not totally absent.
The ambience isn't great--it's basically one big room done up to seem sort of elegant. But there's no privacy, and it's loud.
Prices would be fine, if the food were good. But we won't go back.
