I went to this spa for the first time to get my brows, lip waxed as well as a brazillian. The appointment was started on time and I was taken to a nice little room for the brow and lip services. The table was comfy and lighting was nice and there was soothing music. The lady did a thorough job on these. Then I was taken to another room that wasn't nearly as nice for the brazillian. It looked like a thinner version of a flat doctor's exam table. Very little padding on the table, there were dirty sheets on the table that had to be cleaned up right in front of me. And you have to lay on that same noisy thin paper stuff that they use at a doctors office. I've been to other spas to have a brazillian done and it's there's been nice plush tables with soft cottony towels to lay on instead of that crunchy paper. The person doing the service did an OK job. She missed a patch of hair that I later had to shave off myself. When she was done, she didn't let me check out what she had done to ask if I was happy with it and if I wanted her to touch anything up like all the other places I have been to for this service. She just splashed some oil on me and said she would let me rub it in myself and left the room. AND she took the towel that I was supposed to use to cover myself up as she left so I was left completely exposed to anybody who might have been outside the door (luckily nobody was out there). So if you want your brows waxed, they do a pretty good job. Getting a brazillian? I would recommend somewhere else.
Pros: Relaxing atmosphere. Knowledgable staff.
Cons: Overpriced. Unclean sheets. Parking.
