The problem with this large, multi-room restaurant can be summed up quite nicely with the simple fact that their kitchen window is 4 feet wide. From an operational stand-point, service couldn't be more bottle-necked. Not to mention they've rotated through nearly a half dozen managers in as many years... Now onto the other problems, my first experience with the Sky-Box I ordered the Salmon, a risky choice at a Sport's Bar but hey, I was feeling brave. The waiter looked confused, he said he didn't think they had salmon, so he went in the back and checked. A few minutes later he returned and was agitated, ""Ya, we don't carry salmon."" His agitation agitated me so I retorted, ""Is there anything else on the menu you don't carry?"" Now he was condescending, ""Salmon is NOT on the menu."" So I pointed it out to him and played dumb, ""Oh ok, then how do you pronounce this dish?"" I can almost forgive a server not knowing what certain dishes taste like or are made with but not knowing what is actually ON the menu? That is a sign that something is seriously wrong with the establishment, I could go on but I think that single experience pretty much sums up what my subsequent visits were like. Lousy service, long cook times, horrible, horrible horrible.
Pros: Extremely cool stadium seating with a large screen and booths
Cons: Absolutely everything else, and I mean EVERYTHING.
