I've boated at many different lakes in and around AZ ~ and my recommendation ~ go elsewhere. We were treated poorly, both on the phone & in person when trying to rent a boat for the day. Highly unprofessional and extremely rude lady ~ who I later found out to be the owner/manager of the boat rental operation. We left ~ there's no way we were about to drop $400 + a deposit when the service was substandard ~ it's not worth the frustration. There are larger lakes and more courteous service elsewhere.
Pros: pleasant toll guard, $6 parking, nice scenery
Cons: unprofessional staff, congested boat ramps, no shore line
