Saguaro Lake Marina

We agree w/ serenityzone-The male(son) co-owner wears an arrogant attitude-Little man syndrome big time. We feel bad for their employees. When you take the time to travel somewhere you at least expect to be treated with some kind of manners. We did what we set out to do and had a good time anyways. We will go elsewhere next time verses paying money to go into an idiots pocket-Co-owner. Their regular employees treated us well and were kind. They seemed embarrassed to even work there. If there is a marina looking for some hard working employees talk to the people at this marina. They deserve a better supervisor. Also co-owner was hitting on our 17 year old daughter-Not good. He appeared to be around 30-35 years old. Maybe the lady was rude because she has an idiot for a son. Because the employees were nice to us we stayed-their customer service was great given the situation. more

I've boated at many different lakes in and around AZ ~ and my recommendation ~ go elsewhere. We were treated poorly, both on the phone & in person when trying to rent a boat for the day. Highly unprofessional and extremely rude lady ~ who I later found out to be the owner/manager of the boat rental operation. We left ~ there's no way we were about to drop $400 + a deposit when the service was substandard ~ it's not worth the frustration. There are larger lakes and more courteous service elsewhere. Pros: pleasant toll guard, $6 parking, nice scenery Cons: unprofessional staff, congested boat ramps, no shore line more
