I think about sushi almost every hour of the day. I have been to Japan and eaten incredible sushi so I consider my palette to be pretty well versed. I like Sushi Dan because of its diversity in fish and there are some unique ingredients in their dishes. The portions are awesome. However, I feel that ever since Sushi Dan opened a new location in Hollywood the quality is slipping . Some simple dishes (ex. the spicy tuna salad and the soy beans) just seem to lack luster. I recommend this place of course, and I go back myself, but it needs a nudge to step it back up.
Pros: Amazing selection of rolls. Great portions.
Cons: Acoustics are bad, can't hear anything
