I have been going here now for three years. I don't know that it is as good as it was when they opened, however I have always gone away happy. I found it walking someplace else, and it was packed. When I went back to actually try the food (packed house is always a good sign.) It was full but I was seated promptly. Before I could sit long enough to be bored there was tea, cabbage w/ginger and a menu. Miso or a soda is free with dinner. I can get enough sushi, sashimi in one combo $8-12 (the most expensive being 12.95) to stuff me to the gills. There menu is simple and straight forward. The soba noodles, spider rolls and sashimi are all suggested. Lot's of families and fast moving no nonsense Japanese service. I am usuall in my seat and eating within 15 minutes and don't feel rushed out when I leave. I love this place. They have creative rolls, sauces and very traditional style with a diner/cafe value.
Pros: Wide selection, fast, to go
Cons: Size, very casual, busy
