Lake Shore Apartments is not the place it was when I moved into it over 2 years ago. They have poor customer service and poor quality apartments. All this winter I did not have heat that went above 61 degrees. Each time I called to get somone in to fix it I was told there was nothing broken with my heat and they had no idea why I kept saying it didn't work. So I just stopped complaining. This spring I walked into my apartmen one night to find hundreds of ants covering my apartment. Where were they coming from? The hall way, they were coming under the large crack under my door that I could fit my whole hand under. When I called to get that fixed it took over 4 weeks to get somthing done. I have had many other problems since Lake Shore bought Lake in the Woods. I do not think they are running this complex very well. All I can say is that I'm glad I'm moving out in a few weeks and would never recommend this apartment to anyone.
