**UPDATE - This restaurant no longer exists at the Borgata as of January 1, 2007. They were smart to get rid of it, the $1800 we spent for awful food and service still bothers me**
Rude, lazy waiters and awful, truly awful food. Worst fine dining experience I have ever had. The maitre d' should be fired.
We had a private room for a group of 18 people, ordered appetizers, entrees and desserts in addition to champagne. Nothing we had was memorable and everyone left food on their plate. Terrible cuts of meat, cold food, overcooked vegetables, tasteless and ordinary ala carte side dishes in addition to a non-existent ambience. I was the host of the dinner and was mortified. Notified the Director or Operations who did nothing. Susanna Foo should be ashamed of herself for putting her name on such an establishment.
