I have taken several different cars to Dean's and have been extremely satisfied in every instance with the service I've received and with the effectiveness of the repairs. The owner is on-site daily and makes sure that all his staff is working up to the owner's standards. The waiting area is clean and pleasant. They always call me with estimates when they say they will. The car is generally ready when they say it will be, and if they are going to be late, they always call me with plenty of notice to tell me. Dean's also keeps track of what routine maintenance is due on my car, lets me know what is essential and what is optional/recommended/could wait a while. I appreciate the personal attention and the high quality of the work.

CONS: Dean's does not work on cars with air cooled engines.
