They do not have the newest equipment.The treadmills and the ab chair is always taken.The trainers there are unfriendly and not helpfull helpfull, it seems their main concern is their commision. Getting new memberships and selling something to exisiting members . As for the layout of the gym I don't like the idea of the dance/aroebic class right out in the middle of the gym so everybody can watch you- not very motivating for a person that is overweight and wants to join a class. Also what is not fair to us members and a big inconviance is that they will have wrestling/fighting events and take away the fitness equipment to make room for their show.you will not get motivation, or help from their staff, unless you pay some ($$$$).
Pros: its in the mall, deli, parking/open 24hrs
Cons: unfriendly trainers, not enough treadmills, no pool
