My experience was extremely positive. The first mask I received didn't work and I called and asked if I could switch it out and they said no problem. I went in, tried several, and came home with a new mask after turning in my other one. The office was clean, a little disorganized in the mask/machine room, but I think that's normal for a stock room. The staff has been nothing short of fabulous to me. I received a personal call recently to assess how I was doing because my neurologist was concerned about my sleep patterns since on the machine. I would recommend Bay Area Sleep Center to anyone. They have been great. I have had and they have never billed me or requested me to pay, but bill my insuracne. The Technician who did both of my studies was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
