Booked a dinner for a birthday(17 total). Upon arrival, asked to add 1 seat to a completely empty dining room. Once we were seated, the OWNER came out and, rather than thank us for choosing their restaurant, yelled at me, from the other end of the table, explaining how much of an inconvenience it was that we added 2 to our count (we only added 1). Unfortunately, her angry tirade set the mood of our party. Waiter was rude to all guests and, at one point, slammed a dinner plate down, in frustration, when one guest switched seats. Before leaving, I spoke with the owner to give feedback and thought she would attempt to apologize. I was wrong! Instead, she was argumentative and felt that her behavior was justified. If you're looking for a restaurant where customers are treated as a priority, do not go to the Wine Cellar.
