Trams is good, and inexpensive. If you want authenticity, it's not the place to go, but you'll get a decent meal at a decent price. The spring rolls always seem to have hard leathery bits but are otherwise fine. The spicy shrimp (tomato-based) and rice is a good choice, and the soups are satisfying. The noodles tend to be overcooked.
Pros: Price
Cons: Ambience, Service, food authenticity
