Now, I have to be fair, which is why I chose to give Tram's Kitchen 2 stars rather than 1. I've been there twice. The first time we were seated promptly and our food came out in a reasonable timeframe. We like to eat pho, but this pho was mediocre at best. Well, actually, it didn't taste nearly as good as any other pho I've had, excepting a white-people restaurant trying to pull of the soup. Last night we went again, were seated promptly, and only ordered pho again. ""That's all?"" the waiter asked, as if he were expecting us to order more. So why did we wait nearly an hour and still not see any food?? And no one updated us or apologized. My husband stood up to ask if our food would be coming but was given a curt answer. As we were leaving (not having been served anything but water), the guy chased us outside, asking why we were leaving, and telling us our food was ready. We couldn't stay any longer. We may have gone the entire night without dinner. All in all, I would not recommend this place to anyone. However, I've heard that Pho Minh is a good place to go for pho. That's our next try....
Pros: Decent price
Cons: dirty, poor service, less-than-mediocre pho
