Mosby's Wrecker Service (AKA Charlie's Wrecker Serviceand Shively Towing) consistently have long waiting times (3-4 hours) before they are available. The last time I called them at 6:45 pm, and they said it would be 3 hours. I called again at 9:15 pm for an ETA, and they said it would be 1 hour. I called again at 11:20 pm. They had misplaced the original call slip, but then found it. I arranged for the tow at 10:30 am the next day. They did not show up, and they did not call. I called, and they claimed to have no record of my previous calls. I asked to speak to a manager or owner. I was told he was not there. I asked when he would be. The receptionist did not know, but then the manager or owner picked up the phone, yelled at me, and then hung up.
Cons: rude, long wait, no show
