My daughter had vommitted red kool-aid all over the living room floor. I called The Steam Team, and although they were booked solid, they were able to fit me in. The office staff was very courteous, polite, and helpful. They even gave me a few pointers on what to do with the stain during the time that I was waiting for the ""professionals"" to take care of it. Anthony was very professional and knowlegeable. He got the stain out of my light-colored carpet and didn't try to pressure-sell me anything. A couple of days later, the manager called me and asked me if the stain came out and if I was happy with the service. I seriously would have paid double. I will never use anyone else!
