Favourite restaurant in Raleigh -- excellent sushi and sashimi, great tempura, superb value, speedy and friendly service -- they keep your green tea topped up. There is a great Japanese ambience, not just an American restaurant with a Japanese veneer. At lunch order Kuki Bento for $12 -- soup, salad, tempura, sushi, sashimi and more. In the evening the dinner box is great value at $25, or the chef's special gives you $20 worth of superb sushi. Whenever we go, it seems to be half empty. Strongly recommended.
