You would not think that a little place in the side of a mountian that looks a little run down would produce the best BBQ around, but take my word for it, it does!! The sauce is a secret recipie, the meat is sliced thin, the fries are hand cut and fried perfectly. The portion size is ridiculously large. And I'm not one who eats baked beans regularly, but I could almost make a meal of them by theirself. The atmostphere is quaint and outdated which only adds to the charm of this little jem. As a matter of fact, I have a sister who lives in a different state, and when I go to visit, she insists that I stop and bring her some Ridgewood BBQ.
