Each time our flood insurance has been due, the information has not been communicated in a timely manner by Insurance Underwriters. Consequently, there is a crisis created at payment time.
We also find that requested information is not supplied. We recently requested the face sheet for our new flood insurance policy, paid 10/05. Last year's policy, from 10/04-10/05 was faxed to us.
