for a broken pipe, the plumber came out the first day and refused to go under the house because they was standing water in some parts. the "standing water" he referred to was 1.5 inches in uneven areas (puddles) in the sand/dirt crawlspace. he said we had to have the crawlspace pumped out and dried first.\r
we then called a master water damage control guy to come out and said that ernie's plumber was a wimp not to go down and fix the problem.\r
the space dried out overnight and upon return, the plumber again refused to enter the crawlspace because it was too tight for him to fit in - i've had guys twice his size fix in the space before.\r
this tech also doen't like doorbells because he invites himself in without asking. typical rude ex-union worker from new jersey. DON'T EVER CALL ERNIE'S!!!
