I came in this afternoon for an appointment with Jimi. He overbooked himself and passed me onto Danielle. I sat down with Jimi, he and I went over was I looking for and then by the time I got to the next stylist, she self admittedly wasnt positive what my hair looked like when I got there. I sat around with a soaking wet head, just to have my hair cut 4 inches when I specifically asked to have just the dead ends removed and the bottom even. I had requested my hair be blown straight same request I made when I booked the appointment. Instead, the stylist ripped through my hair, very quickly and hardly straightened it. I asked her to at least flat iron it and she looked at me and said, I dont have time. I paid $65 for a bad cut and painful blow dry.
