I specifically stated that I wanted my darkening blonde hair to be a ""light golden blonde"" and made it very clear that I did NOT want my hair to look ashy. Well, my hair came out the ashiest shade of blonde ever! Also, I asked to not cut my bangs too short, well my bangs came out too short and crooked! Afterwards, I spoke with Jimi, who tried to convince me that my hair came out a beautiful shade of blonde! He said that my hair was ""damaged"" when I came in. If so, then why didn't he or the stylist mention this when I asked for light blonde? I found it ironic that while I was getting my hair done, Jimi was saying that he was NOT going to refund another customer's money who was also unhappy with her color! Poor way to run a business in my opinion.
