If you have any interest in BBQ you should try this place. It has been around longer than I have lived in Utah, 20 years, and it has always been great food. It is definatley Utah's version of BBQ - but it is worth trying. The brisket is my favorite followed by the chopped pork. The beans are also to die for. My mother in law has me bring them to every family get-together since I live near by. As for the ambience - it is a family friendly place and pretty casual. I would recommend going on a week night since it is usally PACKED on a friday night.
Pros: Excellent Value, Serving Sizes
Cons: Average Service, odd location
