The baby back ribs are amazingly soft . This is the best thing on the menu. These ribs have a sweet, extremely mild flavor (perfect for those who do not like bbq). The brisket is also soft and without flavor. The onion chips (tempura style) are different, and the best of the side dishes. The chopped pork (in some liquid), is just awful. Beans, potato salad, and coleslaw, are to be avoided. The bbq sauce is little better than ketchup. The lemon/limeade is not even close to Chick-fil-a. The decor however, is attractive.
I want to like this place. But, because of the mild-to-bland tasting food, and forgetable sides; I would not drive past Q4U, or even Pat's.
This bbq has got some things going for itself, just not enough.
Pros: baby back ribs, brisket, onion chips
Cons: Bland, Bland, orgetable sides
