There was a highway closing accident on the way to my appointment. After several attempts to call, being put on hold each time, when I finally got there about 10 minutes late, I was told that they wouldn't see me, they don't reschedule, and I should return to my primary care physician and ""find a new doctor."" This arrogant and abusive behavior doe not rise to level of civilized society of any kind let alone any sort of caregiver profession.
