I had a shirt ripped by the drycleaner. I had picked the shirt up the night before and the next day, I was going to wear it to work and discovered a big rip in the back of the shirt. I was given the managers name by the clerk who apologized for the problem. I called the manager and she bluntly told me that they did not rip my shirt. In other words, I took a ripped shirt to the drycleaners to have it cleaned and pressed. I told her that she just lost a customer. She said ""fine"" and hung up.
