I went in for a pair of glasses and was initially pleased with the customer service, however, was disappointed with the attitude after the sale. Michael collected a deposit of 50% and then pretty much said that he would call when the glasses were ready and 2 weeks later , there was still no word from him.

Cons: shabby after sales , Curt manner on phone
