Michaels after sales 4/13/2006

I went in for a pair of glasses and was initially pleased with the customer service, however, was disappointed with the attitude after the sale. Michael collected a deposit of 50% and then pretty much said that he would call when the glasses were ready and 2 weeks later , there was still no word from him. What a find 10/23/2005

I stumbled upon this eyeglass store. I ive in the east village and will travel to 61st and 2nd anyday to buy glasses here. Micahel is the owner and he has an incredible eye and extremely patient, that is how I was able to finally decide on a pair of glasses. He made it so comfortable i ended up buying two and paid what I would have paid for one pair. This is place is worth the trip! Pros: the owner is great, excellent customer se, gret value more

Excellent Service & Selection 8/24/2005

Went to Michael's for my first pair of glasses. He showed me numerous pairs (many of which I never would have noticed or dared to try on my own), guided me towards styles that worked for my face, and helped me settle on the perfect pair without any pressure. The store carries a large selection of fashionable frames AND I even got my glasses back in less then an hour. Pros: Service, Selection, Price more
