Have the owners ever been to Paris? Menu does not reflect the culture, and I was told by the bartender (owner?) that it will change very frequently. I find that confusing: you should be able to look at a menu and know what is served. He seemed unexperienced, and was not engaging people as customers. They did not have sandwiches at all, but was on menu, and their beer list was not updated. I ordered Mac&Cheese, and it came warm, not hot. The young boy waiter, lacked experience, didn't take orders, told me to order at the bar. Also: white shirts and black pants look good, not polo shirts or beer t-shirts. Large open spaces, not very cozy. Mens room is right next to bar, so you can see right in. Concept of place is good, but they do not hit the mark at all. Not recommended.
