After Suzuki brought in outside investors (and expanded) in 2004, we became extremely displeased with the school and removed our child from the school. In 2004, the class sizes ballooned to over 40 kids per class, teacher turnover increased and services decreased. The classrooms for the 2-5 year olds are loud and class sizes too big. The investors are overly focused on profit at the risk of the best child care and education possible - which is generally understandable for a small business owner - but not when it comes to the care of my child - or yours. Also, the extracurricular activities that they promote are not included in the already high tuition.
A simple case of too much growth and greed. We had loved it so much before the expansion.
