This place has way too much attitude for my taste. When I called to make my appointment, I was asked whether I wanted an expensive haircut/highlight or a cheap one (apparently the stylists charge different prices). I have never been asked something like this before and it made me feel bad to state that I would prefer to pay less. When I asked if the salon used Redken products, I was informed in a very snobby tone that they products Edwards' uses are ""like, way better than Redken."" I can do without the condescending attitude, thanks. When I mentioned my experience to friends, I found I was not alone. The salon is also overpriced.
Cons: poor people skills
