The office staff undermines the quality of care. After yet another incident with this office where a promised return-call was never made, I am fed-up. Last year, an elderly realtive with an acute problem waited 2 days to get a call back from the office. Realizing that the promised call would not be coming, despite 2 calls to the office to question the delay in her getting care, we took her to another physician who happily accomodated her. Last fall I was told to expect a call for follow up care, and never received it. I had to track down the responsible person and make arrangements the docotor stated would be taken care of. Once again, I am waiting for a call that was supposed to have been returned 2 days ago.
