As with other businesses, I suspect that several of these reviews are not legit, particularly the ones that are all glowingly positive, written by someone who hasn't written another review and written within a five day period of 10 other such reviews.
That said, I have had four facials with Liza over the past year and half. I chose ESC because they use Guinot products, which I love. The facials have helped me reduce breakouts in my chin area. Liza also recommended I try a new facial cream which has done wonders for me.
However, I have a hard time feeling very relaxed around Liza. She is very ""type-A"" and sometimes I feel that she is too frantic to genuinely listen. My previous esthetician had a more relaxing demeanor, but I didn't get as good results with her.
I recommend ESC and continue to go here for my facials.
