Not a friendly environment, after 1 year I just couldn't warm up to them and vice versa. Slow shipping, rigid in communication. I won't by from them again..... Pros: high end...

I love going to elite. Liza gives the most thorough facials and they feel amazing. The atmosphere is beautiful and elegant. My skin has greatly improved because of Liza. Elite Skin Care - an Upscale and Elegant day spa 4/7/2006

I had the LED light treatment and I felt that the treatment helps reduced the pigmentation. Liza is very professional and knowledgeable in skin care. I was so relaxed in the facial room with the soothing music and the upscale setting. It is comparable to a four season resort hotel that I have been to and I highly recommend this place for those who want to pamper themselves and gets effective skin care treatment. good results from service & products 3/27/2006

As with other businesses, I suspect that several of these reviews are not legit, particularly the ones that are all glowingly positive, written by someone who hasn't written another review and written within a five day period of 10 other such reviews. That said, I have had four facials with Liza over the past year and half. I chose ESC because they use Guinot products, which I love. The facials have helped me reduce breakouts in my chin area. Liza also recommended I try a new facial cream which has done wonders for me. However, I have a hard time feeling very relaxed around Liza. She is very ""type-A"" and sometimes I feel that she is too frantic to genuinely listen. My previous esthetician had a more relaxing demeanor, but I didn't get as good results with her. I recommend ESC and continue to go here for my facials. Pros: Good Ambiance, Good Results, Good Products more

Best Upscale Resort Spa! 3/9/2006

I was so impressed with the spa. The spa is probably the most upscale spa I have seen in the bay area. It has the state of the art architechure design with the elegant ambiance. You will feel that you entered a resort spa. I highly recommend the Lumilift Supreme facial that is a LED light therapy facial. This is by far the best facial experience I ever had. Absolutely Relaxing! 5/9/2003

I read the reviews for Elite Skin Care and had to see for myself.... well, I went and had the Euro-Stone Facial!! It was incredibly relaxing and Liza made it very enjoyable! The facial I had is about 1.5 hour but did not feel like that long since Liza did an excellent extraction on my pores and yet it was so relaxing. My skin felt so clean and refresh.
