After being condescended to on my first call, the second salesman was very nice and convinced me to use their services. Price was okay, glass replaced in reasonable time. I was told the glass was ""Honda equivalent."" This term was used by another company for repair of a different car and was an exact match. However, the actual glass installed is very poor quality. It scratches, dings and stains with very little trauma which is not covered by the ""warranty"" even though it is less than 30 days old. I will NEVER use Cascade again and am more than happy to warn others.
