I am a ex work at cacade auto glass and I have had family member use casade auto glass too my family give them a good review said the glass stoood of up to the outside world. I know that the company has always work hard to make sure the customer have got what they needed and have always return the job if the customer felt thet the glass was not set right or if any problem came up with glass. Cacade auto glass CSR are train sometime up to six week before they are allow to sit down at a phone so they know what they going to say there customer to give Him or Her good services . After being condescended to on my first call, the second salesman was very nice and convinced me to use their services. Price was okay, glass replaced in reasonable time. I was told the glass was ""Honda equivalent."" This term was used by another company for repair of a different car and was an exact match. However, the actual glass installed is very poor quality. It scratches, dings and stains with very little trauma which is not covered by the ""warranty"" even though it is less than 30 days old.
