I was a patient of Dr.Westerband. Perhaps a trial patient, at least that is how I felt. I had a condition(diagnosed immediately with another, more experienced doctor) that even through a surgical procedure she could not diagnose. She also gave me false information pertaining to my files, of which I recovered through a short file copy search. Or course, she began backtracking (when I confronted her) quite quickly after this. My recommendation,,, Just Don't!!! Its not worth your heatlh or your mind. And there are to many QUALIFIED doctors available.
