At one time, my family and I were thinking of signing up with Digitex for internet service. Needless to say, after our experience with their customer service, we've decided to choose someone else. Their lack of interest and not returning phone calls was the deciding factor behind this decision. \r

Sadly, we were not the only ones who had a bad experience wtih Digitex. One of our friends needed their laptop repaired. After two "failed" times and charges, they decided enough was enough. \r

Because of our bad experiences, we would not recommend this company to anyone.
