Although we had a reservation- we waited over an hour. The service was TERRIBLE. Our waiter droned on about his distaste for management and botched our order. My husbands steak (ordered medium) came out completely burned and overdone. Our waiter took one look at it and wisked it away-- only to return the same steak even more burned. He claimed he misunderstood our body language?? To top it all off, another table's bill was charged to my credit card in addition to the charges for our own meal. When I called the restauraunt manager she was apologetic but still took nearly 2 weeks to remove the extraneous charges ( I had to call 3 times). She asked me to allow the restaraunt to redeem itself by vsiting again. She claimed she was sending gift certificates, they never arrived. Just as well though-- I wouldn't eat there again, even for free!
