I have heard that for breast implants in Raleigh, Dr. Law is the best I was very happy with the photos his nurse emailed me. Even my mom, who didn't want me to have surgery said that he is the one I should choose. I'm 18. His nurse told me he won't perform breast implant surgery on anyone under 21.
