I ordered a stethascope for my husband for x-mas. It never arrived and when I inquired I was told that it was on back order (sound familier). I e-mailed them to cancel my order and they did not. Instead, a week after x-mas I received the stethascope. I decided to give it to him anyway...but I never received the engraved ID tag I ordered for him. It's now over two months and they have not responded to my e-mail. I am upset beyond belief. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THEM!!!
