DO NOT USE 2/13/2006

I ordered a stethascope for my husband for x-mas. It never arrived and when I inquired I was told that it was on back order (sound familier). I e-mailed them to cancel my order and they did not. Instead, a week after x-mas I received the stethascope. I decided to give it to him anyway...but I never received the engraved ID tag I ordered for him. It's now over two months and they have not responded to my e-mail. I am upset beyond belief. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THEM!!! Cons: bad service, can't speak to anyone, won't more

Company NOT recommended! 11/9/2005

Ordered scope on 9/30/05 ($143.85). Inquired ship date 10/4/05. Told scope was on backorder until Nov. 1st and was asked if I wanted to cancel order. I replied ""yes"" to cancel order. Was charged for transaction of 9/30/05 on my Visa statement for $143.85. First followup for credit on 11/5/05, second request on 11/7/05, third request on 11/8/05. I phoned today (11/10/05) and got no answer or machine message and as of today, they have $143.85 of mine. Something fishy going on here!!! Cons: No replies to email more

Online Stethoscope buyers beware 10/18/2005

Ordered Stethoscope because of low price - in early August. After a few weeks I inquired about the order and received an email that stethoscope had been backordered until 1st week in September. Credit card was charged for order in August. As of today (Oct 19) still have not received stethoscope. Have requested a refund but they have not responded. more
